Ordering: There is no Minimum Order: The more you spend the less you pay per item. Our toll free fax number is 1(800) 883-0584.

For existing accounts: Please be sure to have your account number ready when placing your order and enter that number in the “Special Instructions” box when checking out.

We will do everything possible to ship your order complete within a reasonable time frame, usually within one week. Should you require your order by a specific date, CLEARLY indicate those instructions to us. Example, "Must have by...", "Ship to arrive no later then", "I need that item by... , call me if it is unavailable." etc.   You should enter that information in the “Special Instructions” box when checking out.

Terms: All web site orders must be paid by credit card. For your protection, all orders can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. No COD's or personal checks.

Pricing: All prices are wholesale. Orders are accepted on the condition that they are billed at the price prevailing on the date of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

As a general rule our prices are roughly 15% to 50% off of list prices, depending on the item. Take advantage of our quantity discounts. The more you buy the less you spend per item.

Freight: Our minimum freight charge is $8.00. Orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. The freight charge that appears on your receipt confirmation is an estimate only. The actual freight charge can vary and will be added to your invoice at the time of shipping. As a general rule these charges range from 7 to 15 % of your order total. This estimate of charges is for the Continental USA ground shipping only.

Express Shipping Service: You should enter that information in the “Special Instructions” box when checking out. i.e. “Ship Next Day Air”, “Ship Second Day Air” etc.

We do offer free freight for large commercial customers. Call our toll free number and set this up with customer service, 800-441-3141.

Claims & Returns: All shortage claims must be reported to Oasis customer service via email , fax, or phone within three (3) days of receipt. No returns will be allowed without an Oasis return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse returned items for other than defective or wrongly shipped merchandise. You must make claims for damage directly with the delivery carrier. All damaged products, including the shipping container, must be kept for the carrier's inspection. Replacement merchandise will be shipped and billed to you immediately. Your account will be credited for damaged merchandise once the paperwork has been completed by the delivery carrier.

Edible items cannot be returned. Seasonal items cannot be returned. Food items shipped during the summer months are shipped at the customer's risk. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed on authorized returns.

We are unable to control the availability of many items and therefore may find it necessary to substitute similar items to the one that was ordered. If you do not want substitutions, please note this on your order, under “Special Instructions” when checking out.

International Customers:
Our international minimum order is $250.00 U.S. We will pack and send your order as economically as possible. Remember, the larger your order, the more economical the freight rates. Enter your exact delivery address in the “Special Instructions” box when checking out.
