We will do everything possible to ship your order complete within a reasonable time frame, usually within one week. Should you require your order by a specific date, CLEARLY indicate those instructions to us. Example, "Must have by...", "Ship to arrive no later then", "I need that item by... , call me if it is unavailable." etc. You should enter that information in the “Special Instructions” box when checking out.

Terms: All web site orders must be paid by credit card. For
your protection, all orders can only be shipped to the billing address of your
credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. No
Pricing: All prices are wholesale. Orders are accepted on
the condition that they are billed at the price prevailing on the date of
shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
As a general rule our prices are
roughly 15% to 50% off of retail list prices, depending on the item. Take
advantage of our quantity discounts. The more you buy, the greater your
discount and the less you will spend per item.
Freight: Orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise
requested. Any request for upgraded shipping should be made during checkout
under “Special Instructions”. The freight charge that appears on your receipt
confirmation is the actual charge for all States except Alaska and Hawaii. For
Alaska, Hawaii, and United States Territories: We will send via the U.S.
Postal Service, a $10 additional service fee will be added to the postage.
Express Shipping Service: You
should enter that information in the “Special
Instructions” box when checking out. i.e. “Ship Next Day Air”, “Ship Second
Day Air” etc.
We do offer free freight for large commercial customers. Call our toll free
number and set this up with customer service, 800-441-3141.
Claims & Returns: All shortage claims must be
reported to Oasis customer service via email, fax, or phone within three (3)
days of receipt. No returns will be allowed without an Oasis return
authorization. We reserve the right to refuse returned items for other than
defective or wrongly shipped merchandise. You must make claims for damage
directly with the delivery carrier. All damaged products, including the
shipping container, must be kept for the carrier's inspection. Replacement
merchandise will be shipped and billed to you. Your account will be credited
for the damaged merchandise once the paperwork has been completed by the

Food items shipped during the summer months are shipped at the customer's risk.
Edible decorations are brittle and easily damaged in shipping. While we do our
best to pack them for you, some breakage is inevitable. Please order extra to
insure you have enough. No refunds, replacements or returns. Seasonal items
cannot be returned. Only sealed, unopened and unused merchandise in its
original packaging will be accepted. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed on

availability of many items and therefore may find it necessary to substitute
similar items to the one that was ordered. If you do not want substitutions,

International Customers: Our international minimum
order is $150.00 U.S. We will pack and send your order as economically as
possible. Enter your exact delivery address in the “Special Instructions” box
when checking out. Shipping costs can only be determined once an order is
placed. All shipping is calculated by the size of the package and the total
weight. Once we receive your order, we will pack and weigh the order and if
requested email a shipping quote. If you would like an idea of USPS shipping
rates (postal rates), please visit the USPS website. Choose your country and
estimate the weight of your order and the site will calculate several shipping
options for you. We do add a handling fee of $10.00 to all international
orders for completing customs paperwork and delivery of your package to the
post office. Customers are responsible for all duty and import fees over and
above the shipping costs. We sometimes require international customers to fax
us a copy of the front and back of their credit card along with the top portion
of their credit card statement showing the name, account number and billing
address. Orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit
