Chefmaster Natural Colors are designed to perform best in predominantly water-based products such as hard candy, gummy bears and jelly beans but will work in icings, as well. Always shake & stir your jar/bottle before use. Remove lids off of the jar/bottle and pull off the tamper-proof seal. On the squeeze bottles, place the cap back on & tighten. To dispense color, twist open the upper cap part and tilt the bottle. When finished, twist close the upper cap part. Recommended usage level is 1-3%. It’s always best to start adding color at a lower amount to achieve the shade you desire. You can always add more color, if needed, whereas trying to correct having too much color is more difficult. The most prominent feature of Chefmaster Natural Colors is that they are completely natural and vegetable-based.
