Shipping can be costly, and we understand that.  That is why we cover the shipping costs.

Our Damage and Shortage Policy: Please notify us immediately. It is at Larks discretion whether or not we will replace or refund damges or shortages. If the outter box shows visable damage, you should make a claim with the delivery carrier i.e. USPS, UPS

If there is no visable damage to the outter container. We will either refund the cost of the product or replace it.  Within 3 business days we will issue the refund or replacment. If we replace the product we will ship it via the same method as the original order. Sorry but we cannot overnight replacements as we do not offer this service. Edible decorations are brittle and easily damaged in shipping. While we do our best to pack them for you, some breakage is inevitable and this is reflected in our lower pricing.
